AmbaCoin as duly registered and upholds applicable laws of South Africa commits to protecting and respecting your privacy. This privacy policy as well as AmbaCoin terms of use as described in this Agreement and any other document referred herein sets forth basis upon which any personal data collected from Buyer, that which Buyer provides to AmbaCoin will be processed by AmbaCoin. Buyer should acknowledge and read in entirety sections below on AmbaCoin privacy policy more so, views and practice relating to Buyer’s personal data and how Ambazonia Treasury will treat it. Buyer visiting the official website of AmbaCoin acknowledges accepting and consenting to views and practices described thereof this policy.

1.      Information and Data Collected from Buyer

a. Information Buyer Gives  AmbaCoin (thereafter in this privacy policy section referred to as “we” “us”); Information and data we collect from Buyer (thereafter in this privacy policy section referred to as “you”) obtained by filling website sign in portal form or through corresponding with us by use of email, phone or otherwise includes; your name, address, email, personal description including your photograph, financial and credit card information.

 

2.      Information We Collect from You.

Each time you visit our official website we shall collect the following information automatically;

• Technical data and information; this includes your internet protocol (IP) address you use to connect your device to the internet, browser type and its version, your login information, time zone setting, operating system as well as platform and finally browser plug-in types and versions.
•  Information relating to your website visit; clickstream to, products viewed or you searched, download errors, full Uniform Resource locations (URL), bounce rate on each of the website pages, page interaction information (including clicks, mouse-overs) and methods used in browsing from the page.

We work closely with other third parties for example business partners, advertising networks, search information providers, sub-contractors in technical field and credit reference agencies as such these may provide information about you.

You acknowledge we have the right to use and share your information with:

a.  Members of our team and Ambazonia Treasury parties and this includes past, present and future officers, employees, contractors, directors, consultants, vendors, subsidiaries, agents, successors, service providers, successors, representatives, equity and debt holders and any other member qualifying as per terms and conditions of this Agreement.

b. Selected third parties which include, suppliers, business partners, sub-contractors who carry out the performance of any contract we engage them or you.

 

a.      Your personal information is disclosed to third parties if:

           i.      We buy or sell any asset, or business thus requiring us to disclose your personal information and data to prospective seller or buyers of such assets or business.

           ii.      AmbaCoin has its assets are acquired by third parties this requiring we disclose personal data of our platform users.

            iii.      There is a legal obligation for us to disclose your personal information and this may be with other organizations, companies or national authorities for the purpose of but not limited to fraud protection or credit risk reduction.

 

5.     MISCELLANEOUS

Governing Venue and Law

This Agreement will be governed in all perspectives including interpretation, validity and effect by the laws of Singapore. This is with exclusion of giving effect to its rules of conflict of laws and principles to the extent the rules or principles are not mandatory applicable via statute and would thus permit or require applicable laws of another jurisdiction.

 

       i.            Assignment

       ii.            Buyer will not assign this Agreement prior or without a written consent of Ambazonia Treasury. It will be void for any transfer or assignment if in violation of this Section Ambazonia Treasury may assign this Agreement to an affiliate. Subject to the foregoing, this Agreement, and the rights and obligations of the Parties hereunder, will be binding upon and inure to the benefit of their respective successors, assigns, heirs, executors, administrators and legal representatives.

 

        iii.            Severability

 

If there is any provision is defined by a jurisdictional court of law as invalid, unenforceable or inoperative for any reason whatsoever the provisions shall be modified or amended to make it valid and to the most extent possible, thus effectuate the original intent of the parties as close as possible in a manner acceptable for transactions contemplated hereby should be consummated as originally understood to the fullest extent possible.

 

       iv.            Agreement Modification

AmbaCoin can modify or update this Agreement any time it deems necessary at its sole discretion and shall post an updated version on the website. The updated version will become effective upon its successful posting on the website. The responsibility is upon the Buyer to check the official website regularly if there is any modifications effected.

 

      v.            Survival and Termination of Agreement

This Agreement will cease to operate or stand terminated upon dissolution of AmbaCoin token sale and distribution. More so, Ambazonia Treasury has the right to terminate this Agreement in its sole discretion if the Buyer breaches this Agreement. If this Agreement as it is terminated; (i) all Buyer’s rights established under this Agreement terminates immediately (ii) Buyer will not be entitled to any refund of whatsoever amount paid to AmbaCoin; and (c ) articles 3,4,5,6,7,8,9 and 12 shall continue to apply as their stipulated terms.
